2008 Season Information

Welcome to the Carson City Youth Flag Football 2008 Season.  Please remember to check the website weekly for updated standings and league information.

Please remember that the website is updated each game night by 3:00 p.m.  Check here in the event of bad weather to see if games are happening.

All June 25th games will be played as scheduled

Fundraiser Prizes will be handed out at Wednesday, June 25th's games.

There will be no more snack bar set up at the remaining games, please encourage all athletes to bring water to the games!!!

The league will award trophies to the players on the winning  team of the championship game in each division.  The first and second seed in each division after the regular season will play each other in the season's final week for the Championship game.

How a team is seeded in the regular season is determined as follows:

1) wins and losses

2) head to head wins and losses 2a) If two teams are split in their head to head, most points scored during the regular season will determine the higher seed (points for).

3) If head to head cannot determine seeding because more than 2 teams are tied, most points scored during the regular season will determine seeding (points for).

4) If head to head cannot determine seeding and teams are tied in the points for category, fewest points allowed during the season will determine seeding (points against).
